I'd like to share with you one of my featured properties. This land for sale is amazing. It's location is Heaven on Earth in my opinion. You can't get a better view then this. You have Zions National Park as your back door neighbor.
There are so many opportunities that you could do with this land:
- Resort
- Youth Home
- Bed & Breakfast
- Dude Ranch
- Rehabilitation
Personally I think it would be a great Ranch to keep in your family. My husbands family has property like this and we feel so blessed that we have this land to go to with our family. It's nice to get away and relax. The children have a blast playing outside and with their cousins. The adults love catching up with each other.

There are tips that every home seller needs to know. These tips will help your home to be more appealing to a buyer.
1. Remove yourself from your home. This means take down all personal belongings. A buyer likes to imaging themselves and their family in your home and they cannot do this with your family photos hanging around.
2. Get rid of the clutter. If you have a favorite spot you like to pile all your papers get rid of it. Clean off your counters. If you don't use something and probably never will, get rid of it. Go through your house and get rid of all the junk.
3. Model Perfect. Go through every room in your house and fix it up. Clean it from top to bottom. Move out extra furniture that makes your room look crowded. Fix holes in walls, clean cobwebs, re-caulk tubs, showers and sinks, polish chrome faucets and mirrors, wash windows, dust furniture, ceiling fan blades and light fixtures.
4. Organize. Go through closets and make sure clothes are hung nicely, even colorized. Make sure towels and blankets are folded nicely. Go through kitchen cabinet and arrange cups and plates nicely. Organize the soup cans. Buyers are snoopy and will be looking. Don't shove everything in your closets to make your home look presentable because a buyer will be looking at it.
5. Curb Appeal. The outside of your home is the buyers first impression. Make sure it's a good one. Have your lawn mowed and plant flowers. Paint trim, shudders, and doors if they are faded. Clean off sidewalks and drive way.
These are just a few simple tips that will make all the difference on your house selling.
